“Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. 1. Our Commitment
At Nator Manufacturing, we stand behind the quality and durability of our wildlife care equipment. Every product is designed with carers in mind — blending compliance, compassion, and field-tested practicality. If something goes wrong, we’ll work with you to make it right.
2. Warranty Coverage
We offer a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery on all standard products. This warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects
Material faults
Functional failures not caused by misuse or external damage.
Custom builds or pilot units may carry different terms — we’ll confirm those clearly at the time of order.
3. What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation
Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches, fading, minor scuffs)
Modifications or repairs not authorised by Nator Manufacturing
Damage from transport, animals, or environmental exposure beyond intended use.
If you're unsure whether an issue is covered, reach out — we’re here to help, not to stonewall.
4. How to Make a Claim
If you believe your product is faulty:
Contact us within 14 days of noticing the issue
Provide your order number, photos, and a brief description
We’ll assess the claim and offer repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
We aim to resolve warranty claims within 10 business days of receiving all required information.
5. Your Rights Under Australian Law
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
