Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch Timeframes

If items are out of stock and require manufacture, lead times are extended to 3 weeks.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 business days of receiving full payment, unless otherwise stated. Custom builds or bulk orders may require additional lead time — we’ll always communicate clearly if that’s the case.

2. Shipping Methods

We use trusted carriers such as Australia Post, StarTrack, and Sendle, depending on your location and the size of your order. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

If you have a preferred carrier or special delivery instructions, let us know at checkout or via email — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro NSW & VIC: 2–4 business days

  • Regional & Rural Areas: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–14 business days.

Please note: delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather events, or peak periods. We’ll keep you informed if there are any disruptions.

4. Shipping Costs

Additional shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. We aim to keep rates fair and transparent. For bulk orders or organisational accounts, we may offer discounted or consolidated shipping — reach out for a quote.

5. International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within Australia. If you're based overseas and interested in our products, please contact us directly — we’re happy to explore options and provide a custom quote.

6. Risk & Responsibility

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 12hrs upon delivery

  • Include photos and a brief description

  • We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

We’re committed to making things right — especially when carers are counting on our gear.

7. Delays & Force Majeure

We’re not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, transport disruptions, supplier delays). That said, we’ll always communicate openly and help you find a workaround if needed.
